Plant area and production capacity Wehave installed our manufacturing plant in Gurgaon (Haryana) having the annual capacity of 7,50,000 Two Wheeler P.A. Total land area of the facility at Gurgaon is 37 acres out of which the present plant is constructed in an area of 10 acres of land. The remaining area is left for land development and future expansion.

Job Location :- Hansalpur, Gujarat

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 6 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
• Member having hands on experience in Supplier quality or Manufacturing Quality
• Member should possess knowledge and hands on experience on plastic part development Person having good knowledge of periodic / APQP / PPAP / Development cycle / RCA etc.
• Person having good skill of ISO documentation, Control Plan / Why Why analysis, 8D.
• Hands on experience on Supplier issue investigation & management.
• Hands on experience on Pareto Analysis / Microsoft Excel/ Power point, Supplier
• Process audit/DMAIC/7 QC tool
• Person should not be Ex-employee of SMG or MSIL suppliers.

• Good Analytical, Skills, Domain knowledge, communication skills, presentation skills.
