North Eastern Railway Recruitment : North Eastern Railway came into existence on 14thApril 1952, when two complete Railway Systems viz. Oudh Tirhoot Railway & Assam Railway and Fatehgarh District of BB & CI Railway were merged into one system and was inaugurated by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru.It stretched from Achnera near Agra in the West to Ledo near the border of West Bengal in the East.

On 15thJanuary 1958, it was divided into two Zones (i) the North East Frontier Railway and (ii) the North Eastern Railway with headquarter at Gorakhpur, comprising of five Divisions viz. Izatnagar, Lucknow, Varanasi, Samastipur and Sonepur.

Qualification :-
- For the Post having GP-1900/2000 in 10+2 or its equivalent.
- For the post having GP-Rs. 2400 (Technical): Pass 10+2 in Science i.e. Maths or Physics or equivalent.
- For the post having GP Rs. 2800: A university Degree or its equivalent.
Experience :- Freshers
Age Limit :-
- 18-25 years as on 01.07.2022.
- No age relaxation is permissible.
Salary :- Rs.5200-20200/-
Job Location :- Gorakhpur
Selection Process :-
- The Recruitment Will Be Based On The Performance In Trial And Evaluation Of Sports And Educational Achievements.
