Position :- Dispatch Manager

Qualification :-  PG Diploma,MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization

Experience :- From 8 to 12 year(s) of experience

Job Location :- Pune, Mumbai (All Areas)

Salary :- Rs. 2,00,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.

Job Description :-

• Daily load Planning – Maximize capacity utilization of Trucks/ Rail Containers.
• To track segment-wise Dispatch against orders & coordinate with Planning for any corrective actions.
• Truck Placement(Trucks/ Export Containers/Rail Containers)
• FIFO Adherence/Loading discrepancy minimization/100 % Scanning of Batteries.
• Monitoring gap between invoicing to gate out.
• Monitoring palletization of OE batteries/ monitor carton packing of trade batteries.
• MIS(Daily/Monthly)
• Initiate accident /lose claim process- Coordinate with the transporters for relevant documents, LR, FIR.
• Transporter performance evaluation.
• Transport bill passing duly checking freight, unloading charges etc
• Export dispatch scheduling, Load planning, documentation, dispatch
• Stock and Inventory taking
• Co ordination with production deptt for dispatch
• Truck detention minimization to be removed
