Position:- Service Engineer/Technician
Qualification:- ITI/Diploma holder in electrical engineering.
Experience:- 1 – 3 years
Job Location:-
- Ludhiana, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Mumbai (All Areas)

Job Description:-
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of RO systems such as Hot and Cold-Water Dispensers, Portable RO Systems, Commercial RO Systems etc.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality & Manufacturing for clarifications on the customers problems related with service.
- Willing to travel and attend supervision of erection and commissioning of RO systems.
- Perform hands-on-on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
- Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
- Provide onsite training to customers.
- Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services.
- Develop Service technical documents.
- Capable of attending emergency break downs service & repairs at site in shortest time with allowed travel options.

- Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
- Desire to learn.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic personality and high energy
- Well versed with machine tools.
- Proficient in making reports
