Position :- Field Service Engineer

Qualification :- Diploma/ B.Tech in IT/ Electronics and Communication

Experience :- 2 – 5 years

Job Location :- Delhi / NCR

Job Description :-

• Installation/ maintenance / After Sales Service of Electronics items in Automotive field.
• Service Temperament, good communication skills.
• Ready to travel at Short Notice around the country.
• On site field support, Hardware and Software configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance support.
• Solving Technical issues independently or with On-line support from plant.
• Debugging Technological problems installed in field and rectify the same, if required.
• Required to work in Night shifts – Should be able to work with own hand as One Man Team, at Odd Hours, at ODD places. mainly at various DTC/ Cluster Bus Depots.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Networking & Software application will be an asset.
• Computer/ Tablet/ Smartphone savvy.
• Must have own Conveyance for day to day commute.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Diploma/ B.Tech in IT/ Electronics and Communication with 2~5 years working experience in Field.
• Practical knowledge in IT is must. Conversant with Electronic Devices, general networking and applications will be added advantage.
• Exposure in debugging of “LED Signs, Controllers, Recorders, Camera” will be preferred.
