Position :- Field Sales Executive

Qualification :-

  • ITI-MMV (Mechanic Motor Vehicle)/Automobile Trade Fresh pass out/passed out in last two year from Colleges can also be considered

Experience :- Fresh

Job Location :- Jalandhar, Varanasi/Benaras, Chandigarh, Ghaziabad, New Delhi, Lucknow, Jaipur

Job Description :- 

  • Fresh incumbents will be on in-house training for 15-20 days at their respective locations and will run in Field after successful training completion.
  • There will be on-going training programme schedule for these fresh incumbents, in every two months there will be refresher programme to upgrade their skills, knowledge and to improve the productivity.

Major Role & Responsibilities

Initial Two Months

Providing support to MSRs/FSO

  • Market visits along with MSR/FSO
  • Mechanics engagement: supporting MSRs/FSO in engaging mechanics through programs such as weekly or monthly meets.
  • Engaging Mechanics in MLP (Mechanics loyalty programme) of LIS.
  • The overall goal of this position is to travel in the assigned territory in support of our selling efforts.

After completion of two- three months:

  • Marketing Skills: demand generation by creating product awareness via product promotion
  • Managing daily field visits/Market Visits and Travel plan in assigned area.
  • Planning& execution of sales promotion plan & activities.
  • Conducting detailed market interrogation, understanding customers counters and tracking potential customers/dealer points.
  • Feedback Collection on LIS existing product range, Competitor information, pricing and product potential of LIS product range.
  • Feedback Collection from market and customers to further develop New LIS product range.

Behavioral skills:

  • Decent communication skills consisting of Local language skills
  • Desire to learn new technical skills.
  • Presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Ambitious/go-getter

Education:

  • ITI-MMV (Mechanic Motor Vehicle)/Automobile Trade Fresh pass out/passed out in last two year from Colleges can also be considered
  • We are looking incumbents at Trainee Level
  • This position is a key position, and a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the business.
  • Age should not more than 25 years. (mandatory).
