Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure they continue operating efficiently in the long term
- Communicate with customers regarding their repairs or maintenance needs
- Communicate with other technicians regarding repair progress and other relevant information
- Conduct inspections of new equipment to ensure that it meets manufacturer specifications before delivering it to customers
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate equipment based on their needs and budgets
- Repair or replace parts of machinery as needed to keep it running properly or efficiently
- Repair machinery or equipment in a factory or other industrial setting
- Diagnose malfunctions with machines and equipment in order to determine the cause of breakdowns or other problems
- Recommend equipment upgrades to management based on technical knowledge of machinery
