Position :- Service Engineer/Technician

Qualification :- ITI/Diploma holder in electrical engineering.

Experience :- 1 – 3 years

Job Location :-

• Ludhiana, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Mumbai (All Areas)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of RO systems such as Hot and Cold-Water Dispensers, Portable RO Systems, Commercial RO Systems etc.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality & Manufacturing for clarifications on the customers problems related with service.
• Willing to travel and attend supervision of erection and commissioning of RO systems.
• Perform hands-on-on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
• Provide onsite training to customers.
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services.
• Develop Service technical documents.
• Capable of attending emergency break downs service & repairs at site in shortest time with allowed travel options.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
• Desire to learn.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Dynamic personality and high energy
• Well versed with machine tools.
• Proficient in making reports

Experience Required:

• Experience of Minimum 2 – 4 years is required in relevant Areas
• Experience in Handling all the activities required in the service process.

Designation Offered:

• Service Engineer/ Sr. Service Engineer or can be discussed in the Interview
