Positions:- Foreman, Fitter and welder

Job Location: – Raipur(Siltara)

Qualification:- ITI (fitter & welder)

Salary :- Best in the Industry

Experience:- 

• Experience for Foreman – 6 years
• Experience for Foreman – 3 years in Ferro alloys
• Experience for Welder – 2 years in MS & SS welding

Job Description:

• Manage mechanical maintenance of Ferro Alloy furnaces, conveyors, crushers, briquetting machines, and associated utilities.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are followed strictly to minimize breakdowns.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with electrical and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement planning, and cost control.
• Supervise and lead maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
