- Extended arm for HR head inn developing HR strategy , SOP and policy designing at the group level
- Preparing HR dashboards and relevant Presentations of HR for various board meetings
- Capability Development – Designing IDP for employees and Succession planning chart for key positions
- Focusing on leadership development through internal and external trainings
- Developing content for various trainings modules on soft skills
- Conducting various assessments from time to time as part of talent development programmes for employee.
- Designing and implementing HIPO program for the company to meet current and future requirements for talent
- Role: Performance Management Manager
