Position :- Mechanical Fitter
Qualification :- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical
Experience :- 1 – 5 years
Job Location :- Gurgaon/Gurugram
Salary :- Rs. 1,00,000 – 3,25,000 P.A.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Skills Required:
- Should able to understand and read the mechanical drawings.
- Should have knowledge of tolerance used in drawings.
- Should have knowledge of Machining processes used from Raw material to finish parts.
- Should have knowledge of Welding processes.
- Should have knowledge of various coating/surface treatment process used in industries.
- Should have knowledge/experience of Jig & Fixture assembly as per drawing.
- Should have knowledge of Bolts/Fasteners/BOP/Pneumatics parts used in Jigs, Fixture & Machines.
- Should have knowledge of inspection instruments used to check the parts.
Job Profile :
- Responsible for part checking before assembly.
- Responsible for assembly of Items as per drawing.
- Responsible for interacting with design person for part drawing understanding & assembly functionality.
- Responsible for interacting with supplier for any changes/modification in parts.
- Responsible for managing different project assembly and timely handover.
- Responsible for handing of all parts before dispatch to customer.
- Responsible for trials & handover of assembly with design & project team.
