Position :- Maintenance Executive
Qualification :- ITI Electrical
Experience :- 1 – 2 Years.
Job Location :- Guwahati, Kolkata, Asansol
Salary :- Rs. 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
- Filling up the maintenance Checklist everyday and getting all the issues noted in Timesheet of Axapta daily by the Clinic Manager or the Assistant Manager.
- All breakdown calls should go to the Maintenance executive who should get it uploaded in Timesheet by the Clinic manager/Assistant Manager.
- To take rounds and check if Housekeeping is done as per schedule attached in every department and also assess the quality of housekeeping. In case of lapses, he has to get it done.
- To make sure that Preventive maintenance happens as per calendar provided by the Maintenance Department at the Head Office.
- To check Daily attendance and grooming (uniform, shoes, hygiene, hair trim, clean shave, short and clean nails etc.) of the Security staff and the housekeeping staff.
- If not found in order then inform the Clinic Manager about the same.
- To make sure Preventive Maintenance regarding plumbing is done as per Calendar set up by the Head Office.
- To get quotations for jobs that has to be handled at clinic level and get the approval for the same from the Head Office.
- To send a daily report to the Maintenance Department at the Head Office with a scanned copy of the checklist and service report for the day via email.
- To maintain a register for Diesel used for Generator.
- To check Fire Fighting equipments as per schedule.
- To check oxygen cylinder on regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- ITI or Diploma Electrical 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of the basics Electrical Maintenance work. Computer savvy-Knowledge of MIS and basic computer skills Knowledge of the health care industry
