SSWL Designs & manufactures automotive steel wheels since 1991 and is among the leading suppliers to Indian & Global Automobile Manufacturers. Our product range comprises Steel wheels for Two and Three Wheelers, Passenger cars, Multi utility vehicles, Tractors, Trucks & OTR Vehicles.We have three production facilities: Punjab, Chennai and Jamshedpur. We produce mainly passenger car wheels in Dappar (Punjab) and Oragadam (Chennai) and truck wheels in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). Our total capacity amounts to 9 million wheels in Dappar, 6 million wheels in Oragadam and 1.6 million truck wheels in Jamshedpur amounting to a total capacity of 16.6 million wheels.

Salary :-
- Diploma Engineer Trainee : Rs 1,50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A.
- Quality Engineer : Rs. 3,00,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.
Qualification :-
Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) :
- Diploma in Any Specialization
Quality Engineer :- Experience :-
- Diploma Engineer Trainee : 0 to 2 Years
- Quality Engineer : 3 to 6 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
Diploma Engineer Trainee :
- Ensuring 100% Plan vs. Actual Achievement per shift
- Minimizing idle time losses.
- Responsible for 4-M Resource Management on line
- Coordination between various Service Depts.
- Ensuring Process/Mc running as WI/OS/SOPs
- Ensuring zero rework generation & doing Root cause analysis
Quality Engineer :
- Sound understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, poke Yoke, 5 S.
- Incoming Quality Control, Layout Inspection, Product Audit & Process Audit, Customer Complaint Handling, CAPA, 8 D, PPAP Documents, Red Bin (Rejection) Analysis.
- Awareness of ISO/TS 16949 and IATF Updated Version
