Position :- Customer Care Technician
Qualification :- Diploma in Any Specialization
Experience :- 4 to 6 years.
Job Location :- Madurai (Tamil Nadu)
Salary :- Rs. 4,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
- Perform maintenance and repair on customer tractors.
- Identify problems in tractors using the diagnostic equipment.
- Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
- Test the functionality of parts.
- Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
- Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts.
- Perform routine maintenance and general technician work on tractors.
- Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
Automotive Technician Requirements:
- Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training required.
- Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- ITI/ diploma or equivalent required.
- Comfortable in travelling
- Must speak/understand Bengali
