Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR (SDSC SHAR), Sriharikota, the Spaceport of India, is one of the lead centres of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Department of Space (DOS), Government of India. The Centre provides world class launch base infrastructure for national and international customers in accomplishing diverse launch vehicle/satellite missions for remote sensing, communication, navigation & scientific purposes and is one among the best known names of the Spaceports of the world today.The space centre, which was popularly known as SHAR (Sriharikota Range) was renamed as Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR on September 5, 2002, in fond memory of Prof. Satish Dhawan, former Chairman of ISRO.

Position:- Apprentices

Qualifications:-

Graduate Apprentice:

  • Must have passed First Class with minimum 60% in B.E/B.Tech in relevant discipline from

Technician (Diploma) Apprentice:

  • Must have passed First Class with minimum 60% in Diploma in relevant discipline from recognized

Trade (ITI) Apprentice:

  • Must have passed SSLC/SSC+ITI/NTC in relevant trade form NCVT.

Vocational Apprentice:

  • Certificate of vocational course in relevant discipline involving two years of study after completion of the secondary stage of school education recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Graduate (B.E/B.Tech)

  • Mechanical
  • Electronics & Communication (ECE)
  • Electrical & Electronics (EEE)
  • Electronics & Instrumentation (EIE)

Technician (Diploma):

  • Mechanical
  • Electronics & Communication (ECE)
  • Electrical & Electronics (EEE)
  • Electronics & Instrumentation (EIE)
  • Computer Science

Trade (ITI):

  • Fitter
  • Chemical
  • Motor Mechanic
  • Electronic Mechanic
  • Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R & AC)

Vocational (10+2):

  • Nursing/Multipurpose Health Worker
  • Medical Lab Technician
  • Construction Technology

Experience:-  Freshers

Age Limit:- Should not be less than 14 years as on 31.10.2022.

Salary:-

  • Graduate (B.E/B.Tech) – Rs.9, 000/- Per month
  • Technician (Diploma) – Rs. 8,000/- Per month
  • Trade (ITI) – Rs. 8,000/- Per month
  • Vocational (10+2) – Rs.7,000/- Per month
