Experience :-
- Electrical : 3 – 5 Years
- Mechanical : 2 – 3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
Electrical :
- Operation and Maintenance of 66 KV switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors, EOT cranes, Battery & Battery charger, UPS, PCC, MCC, Plant lighting & PLC, Electro hydraulic grab, and crushing equipment.
- Responsible for Maintenance and operation knowledge in gensets, electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators and lightning arrestors.
- Maintenance of Soft starters & Automation systems & Basic operations of PLCs and SCADA.
- Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of AC/DC machines, & Circuit Theory & earthing concepts.
- Control systems & Automation systems.
- Protection and metering devices & systems.
- Knowledge in VFD & PLC applications.
- Knowledge of Encoders & feedback sensors.
- HV, MV & LV Power systems & equipment’s.
- Electrical generation & distribution system.
- Energy calculations and efficiency improvements.
- Illumination system design.
Mechanical :
- Deep understanding & experience in Manufacturing process and Team building
- Knowledge on EHS and Safety standards
- Knowledge on WCM system
- Knowledge in TPM, Cost deployment, 5S & Kaizen
- Experience of working in continuous process industry
- Standardization of Operating Procedures as & when required system
- Should have involved in Total Employee Involvement activities and contribute towards Suggestion, Quality Circles.
