Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for Quality and Functional testing of outgoing products from machine Shop, fitment checking/dimension checking & visual inspection.
• Responsible for Quality Product for Export and Domestic variants for the new model of YRA
• Man power handling and communicating with team seniors for activities decided and corrective actions.
• Analyzing quality of Weld Penetration on daily basis.
• Monitoring gauges & fixtures conditions in line on daily basis.
• Auditing 5s in final inspection, incoming area, production line & Dispatch.
• Responsible for Red Bin Analysis.
• Responsible for finished goods parts inspection.
• Responsible for PDI monitoring.
• Documents update & process work setup approval verification.
• Maintain Poka – Yoke monitoring sheet.
• Working towards reduction PPM level at the customer & in house .
• Preparation of dimensions & visual inspection standards
• Responsible for in house quality by analyzing daily/monthly rejections and reworks.
