Job Description :-
- Operation and maintenance of HVAC, Fire Detection, Fire hydrant and WTP/STP System & Utility Shift team handling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Safe and trouble-free operation and maintenance of utility equipment -pumps, Cooling towers, Gearbox, Compressors, Chillers etc.
- Execute preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance of utility equipment.
- Ensure that all standby equipment is always available for operation.
- Troubleshoot the problems and make timely repairs.
- Plan, execute and coordinate within the department.
- Tools requirement, spare management and team management.
- Shift schedule, corrective actions, special activities planning.
- Maintain safety and adhere all recommendations.
Profile & Eligible Criteria:
- Diploma in mechanical engineering/HVAC with minimum 7-10 years of experience
- Hands on experience of operation & maintenance of HVAC, Water treatment plant and Firefighting system.
- Experience from any Manufacturing company will be preferred
