Position :- Supplier Quality Assurance

Qualification :-   

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

Experience :-  3 to 5 Years

Job Location :-  Bawal

Salary :- Rs. 3,50,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.

Job Description :-  

• Knowledge of periodic Process Audits, System Audits to assess the status of Supplier.
• Analysing various Process problems and take corrective & Preventive action at supplier end to resolve Problem with the help of 8D, 7QCTools.
• Making supplier performance rating of each vendors and set target for next month.
• Should have knowledge IATF & VSA system. Should have PPAP , APQP, GD&T knowledge.
• Should have process knowledge sheet metal, Die casting, forging, Moulding, Machining To crosscheck the product prototype according to customer’s requirements.
• Monitoring & controlling poor quality parts.
• Having exposure of handling NC Products, Root cause analysis (7 QC Tools, FTA,) and their corrective & preventive action.
• Quality Equipment knowledge DVC, HG, PP, CMM etc. Should have SAP System knowledge.
• Having knowledge of Supplier Quality Assurance Deptt. With automotive background
• Experience in making processes including (Assy. Processes, Machining, Welding, Forging etc.)

Note :- Preferences on type of companies worked in (if any): Steering & transmission products (Assy. Processes, Machining, Welding, Forging etc.)
