Position :- Logistic Invoice
Qualification :- Minimum Graduate
Experience :- From 2 to 6 year(s) of experience
Job Location :- Goregaon, Mumbai (All Areas)
Salary :- Rs. 50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accounting for Vendor Invoices (Preferably of Goods Receipt/ Clearing/ Customs/ Logistics etc)
- Ensuring all related expenses are loaded in Inventory at month end and closure of Open GRIR
- Basic GST Knowledge
- Vendor Management & Reconciliation
- Co-ordination with Vendors, Sales team, Credit team, Logistics team and Warehousing team
- Verification of Vendor Invoice and Sales Invoices
- Helping team members with requisite data release
- Good conceptual understanding on accounting
- SAP Knowledge is mandatory
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Graduate
- Good Communication skills & Excel Knowledge
- Preference would be given to Candidates with experience from CA firm (Max 2 year experience) and basic knowledge of SAP Module.
- Candidate should be ready for sitting at Goregaon or Kandivali or Borivali location.
