- Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA): 82 Posts
- Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/Technician): 226 Posts

NPCIL Recruitment Salary:-
Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA):
- During Training – 1st Year: Rs. 24,000/- pm
- During Training – 2nd Year: Rs. 26,000/- pm
Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/Technician):
- During Training – 1st Year: Rs. 20,000/- pm
- During Training – 2ndYear: Rs. 22,000/- pm
- Assistant Grade – 1/Technician/C (X-Ray Technician): Rs. 39,015/- pm
- Nurse – A: Rs. 68,697/- pm
- Scientific Assistant – B: Rs. 54,162/- pm
NPCIL Recruitment Qualification:-
Scientific Assistant – B:
- Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, etc.) with at least 60% marks or B.Sc in Computer Science.
Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA):
- Diploma (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics) or B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) with at least 60% marks.
Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/Technician):
- SSC (10th) with Science & Maths + ITI Pass in Fitter, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist, Turner, Draftsman etc…
Assistant Grade – 1 (HR, F&A, C&MM):
- Any Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks.
Nurse – A:
- HSC (10+2) + Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery or B.Sc. Nursing.
Technician/C (X-Ray Technician):
- HSC (10+2) + Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery or B.Sc. Nursing.
Selection Process:-
Scientific Assistant – B/Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant (ST/SA):
- Online Exam + Personal Interview.
Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/Technician) – Operator:
- Online Exam (Preliminary Test + Advanced Test)
Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/Technician) – Other Trade:
- Online Exam (Preliminary Test + Advanced Test) + Skill Test
Assistant Grade – 1 (HR, F&A, C&MM), Nurse – A, Technician/C (X-Ray Technician):
- Online Exam + Skill Test
