Position :- Machine Operator

Qualification :- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical

Experience :- Prior experience operating machines in agriculture industry.

Job Location :-  Bidadi,Bangalore

Namdhari Seeds Recruitment Job Description :–

• Operate and oversee automated and semi-automated seed packing machines.
• Set up machines for different seed types, ensuring accurate weight, packaging, and labeling.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor the packing process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Adjust machine settings to meet packaging specifications and optimize performance.
• Inspect finished seed packets to ensure proper sealing, labeling, and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area, following safety and hygiene regulations.
• Record production data, report any issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.
