NALSA Recruitment :National Legal Services Authority of India (NALSA) was formed on 9 November 1995 under the authority of the Legal Services Authorities Act 1987. Its purpose is to provide free legal services to eligible candidates (defined in Sec. 12 of the Act), and to organize Lok Adalats for speedy resolution of cases.

NALSA Recruitment :

 

The Chief Justice of India is patron-in-chief of NALSA while the second senior-most Judge of the Supreme Court of India is the Executive-Chairman. There is a provision for similar mechanism at state and district level also headed by Chief Justice of High Courts and Chief Judges of District courts respectively. The prime objective of NALSA is speedy disposal of cases and reducing the burden of judiciary.

• Stenographer : 1 post
• Assistant Librarian : 1 post
• Jr. Secretariat Assistant : 3 posts

Qualification :- 

Stenographer:

• The candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
• The candidates, who are shortlisted in written examination, for the next stage will have to appear for the Skill Test in Stenography.
• The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English at the speed of 80 w.p.m. for the post of Stenographer Grade “D‟.The matter will have to be transcribed on computer.

Assistant Librarian:

• Degree in any Discipline with Diploma in Library Science or Degree in Library Science from a recognized Institution or University.
• Knowledge of computer operation in Library work. It includes-(i) Knowledge and experience of working with any standard “LibraryAutomation software” for House Keeping activities in the Library such as cataloguing, acquisition and circulation etc. and (ii) Knowledge and experience of computerized search both of on-line and off-line databases including retrieval of desired information through various search engines/processes
• Desirable: Experience in a Library of any Government organisation/recognised Educational or Research Institute & Knowledge of Computer Typing in English.

Jr. Secretariat Assistant:

• The candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
• The candidates, who are shortlisted in written Examination, for the next stage will have to appear for the Typing Test on computer @ 35 W.P.M. Speed in English.

Experience :- Freshers/ Experienced

Age limit (as on 30.04.2022) :-

• The Candidates applying for the above mentioned posts should be above 18 years and below 27 years of age.

Salary :-  Level 2 – Level 4

For the post of Stenographer Grade-D and Jr. Secretariat Assistant:

• Written Test – General English, General Aptitude, General knowledge, Computer Knowledge
• Skill Test (For shortlisted candidates only)

For the post of Assistant Librarian:

• Written Test – General English, General Aptitude, General knowledge, Computer Knowledge, Post Related
