Position :- Civil Site Engineer/ Civil Foreman
Qualification :- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Civil
Experience :- 8 – 13 years
Job Location :- Delhi / NCR
Salary :- Rs. 4,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Exposure to Building / RCC structure works
- All execution activities, document record keeping, RFIs, Pour Card, Check Lists etc
- QA/QC works, complete documentation
- Review of drawings, highlighting any risk in terms for any major deviation wrt to BOQ quantities
- knowledge of prevailing construction techniques, material, equipment etc (c) resourcefulness as regards mobilizing labor agencies Labor handling
- Technical Coordination with client, contractor and design office.
- Quality control and verification of contractors bills.
- Following the SOP of the organization. Checking of measurements of Civil & Finishing works being executed at site & also reporting the status of such works to Billing team for certification of payment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Required Self Driven Candidates for Construction works having exp in Building sector. Target based works to complete the job within time frame.
