We have the state of art infrastructure equipped with all modern facilities and having workshop space of 75,000 sq. feet at three different locations. The group is DSIR (GOI) approved R&D House and credit rating that indicates high-performance capability and high financial strength.
Position :- Operator
Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from renowned institute / ITI
Experience :-
- One year of manufacturing experience.
- One year of laser operator experience.
Job Location :- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar
Salary :- ₹ 1,50,000 – 2,00,000 P.A
Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform typical laser cutting operations.
- Make machine & tooling selections to manufacture parts in the most cost-effective manner.
- Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
- Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.
- Perform prescribed maintenance, as required.
- Perform all dimensional inspections.
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
- May perform a variety of other tasks as per requirement of Operation function.
- Utilizes Work Orders, blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions to determine job requirements.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
- Work with units engineers.
- Reverse engineer parts for manufacturing.
- Willingness to actively participate in all aspects of production when and where needed
