Position :- Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Qualification :-  Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :-  4 – 6 Years

Job Location :-  Gotan, Nagaur

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Develops and Coordinates the implementation of schedule of planned preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure key PMR implementation and CBM report compliance.
• Reviews manufacturing service manual and records of maintenance problem to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintence (PM).
• Estimates cost of parts and supplies to be used during scheduled maintenance.
• Input PM Order and track status and/or Completion.
• Coordinates/Streamlines installation and /or repairs of equipment.
• Analyse all Maintenance Notifications, and report • Root cause failure analysis with cross functional team
• Ensure Lubrication schedule of the plant equipments.
• Area PM Percentage, deferred PM report and equipment.
• Performs random checks of PM for equipment handled by external contractors to ensure reliability and quality of works.
• Independently works with manager in coordinating and scheduling maintenance programs.
• Maintains records of planned and completed maintenance.
• May develop and coordinate plans for reconstruction or installation of new equipment, machinery or building.
• May direct and coordinate activities of maintenance staff.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills-

 

• Skill in the use of Computer and SAP
• Knowledge of SAP
• Problem identification skill
• Records maintenance skill to include database development.
• In depth equipment knowledge.
• Skill in the analysis and re-engineering of systems, process and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria-

 

• Experience in cement industry is must
• Diploma in Mechanical engineering with minimum 10 years of experience or BE/ B. Tech Mechanical with minimum 06 years of experience
• 60% throughout in academics in 10th/12th/BE/B-Tech
