Position:- Trainee

Job Location:- Maharashtra

Salary:- Joining CTC Will be 3 Lakhs Per Annum 

Qualification:-

• ITI in Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Draftsman, Turner, Machinist, Diesel Mechanic

Job Description:-

• The Agreement signed between the candidate & JBTS company would be on Permanent Basis.
• Leaves will be as per JBTS Norms (7 CL, 7 SL & 1 PL on every 20 working days), out of which PL will be credited after 1 year of service and rest will be on Pro-Rata basis.
• Uniforms will be provided (on company account).
• Mediclaim coverage will be provided free of cost for Family (self, spouse & children upto 25 years). The coverage would be of Rs. 3 Lakhs per Annum, and the premium will be deducted in 6 equal installments.
• Parent’s Mediclaim will be on paid basis (as per the selection of coverage amount).
• Safety Kit (PPEs) will be provided (on company account).
• Weekly-Offs & Holidays will be as per company policy.
• Joining CTC will be 3 lakhs per annum & every Financial Year, the Annual Increments will be announced along with Salary hike as per individual & company performance.
• Stay at Tarapur for all the New Joinees will be on their personal basis & company’s expectation is that candidate should serve minimum three years for his/her better growth and development in future.
• Required Female candidates too willing to work in Tarapur plant.
• Strictly only NCVT pass out candidates completed ITI/apprenticeship required.

Note :- 

• जिंदल स्टील (JSW) के प्रतिनिधि द्वारा MIG WELDER का ट्रेड टेस्ट तत्काल किया जाएगा जिसमें अभ्यार्थी से WELDING करा कर के सिलेक्शन किया जाएगा तथा FITTER के अभ्यार्थियों से स्ट्रक्चरल ड्रॉइंग टेस्ट के आधार पर ही सिलेक्शन किया जाएगा। MIG WELDER तथा FITTER व्यवसाय के अलावा किसी भी व्यवसाय के अभ्यर्थी का सिलेक्शन नहीं किया जाएगा.
