Hindustan Copper Ltd Recruitment 2025 public sector undertaking, incorporated on 9th November 1967, is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Mines, Government of India.
It has the distinction of being the nation’s only vertically integrated copper producing company as it manufactures copper right from the stage of mining to beneficiation, smelting, refining and casting of refined copper metal into downstream saleable products.

Qualification:- ITI / Diploma / Graduate Pass
Chargeman (Electrical):
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with one year of experience in mining installations as a supervisor after acquiring a Supervisory Certificate of Competency covering mining installations issued by the appropriate government. OR
- ITI (Electrical) with three years of experience in mining installations as a supervisor after acquiring a Supervisory Certificate of Competency covering mining installations issued by the appropriate government. OR
- Class 10th with five years experience in mining installations as supervisor after acquiring a Supervisory Certificate of competency, covering mining installations issued by the appropriate government
- Statutory Certificate (SC) (E): Valid Supervisory Certificate of competency, covering mining installations issued by appropriate government
Electrician ‘A’ :
- ITI (Electrical) with four years experience as an Electrician OR
- Class 10th with seven-year experience, as an Electrician
- Statutory Certificate (SC) (E): Should possess valid wiremen permit from Government Electrical Inspector.
Electrician ‘B’:
- ITI (Electrical) with three years experience as an electrician OR
- Class 10th with six years experience as an electrician.
- Statutory Certificate (SC) (E): Should possess valid wiremen permit from Government Electrical Inspector
WED ‘B’:
- Diploma with 1 year experience in the relevant field OR
- Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B. Com/BBA) with 1 year of experience in the relevant field. OR
- Apprenticeship with 3 Years of Experience in the relevant field OR
- Class 10th pass with 6 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Statutory Certificate (SC) (E): Valid 1st Class Winding Engine Driver’s Certificate
Age Limit & Age Relaxation:-
- Maximum Age 40 Years
- SC/ST – 05 Years
- OBC (Non – Creamy Layer) – 03 Years
- Meritorious Sports person – 05 (10 years in the case of those belonging to SC/ST)
- Ex – Servicemen
Hindustan Copper Ltd Recruitment Salary:-
- Chargeman (Electrical): Rs. 28740 – 3% – Rs.72110
- Electrician ‘A’ : Rs.28430 – 3% – Rs. 59700
- Electrician ‘B’: Rs. 28280 – 3% – Rs. 57640
- WED ‘B’: Rs. 28280 – 3% – Rs. 57640
