Chairman Ordnance Factory Board and Director General Ordnance Factories, Kolkata is Head of the Family of Ordnance Factories and operates through various Members /Addl.
DGOF’s of various divisions at corporate level. General Manager is the Chief Executive Officer of the Factory. At the unit level, General Manager operates, keeping in view the overall corporate policy and objective. High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pune is a premier factory in the family of 41 Ordnance Factories. Its corporate office is ORDNANCE FACTORY BOARD located at KOLKATA.

Stipend :-
- Graduates Apprentices – Rs.9000/-
- Technician Apprentices – Rs.8000/-
Qualification :-
- Passed Final Year Degree/Diploma in Engineering/ Technology awarded by a statutory University. However the selection will be made on the basis of merit of marks obtained in the Final Year Examination of Degree/Diploma.
Relevant Trade :- Mechanical, Electrical, Civil
Age Limit :- 14 Years
