Job Description :- 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Practise of absolute Pharmaceutical Engineering in our day-to-day plant operations.
• Ensure absolute Preventive Maintenance & total and complete reduction in break down maintenance.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of Plant Equipment and Machineries.
•  Implement and monitor preventive maintenance activities and Safety matters.
• Analyze electrical breakdowns and implement necessary modifications to minimize breakdowns.
• You are responsible for all types of electrical wiring work, which includes receiving of power from electricity board and distribution of that power within the factory.
• Be well versed with electrical panel boards; MCBs earthling requirements and all types of wiring jobs.
• Be well versed with circuit breakers capacitors and electricity consumption factors like power factor etc. Ensure Power Factor credits.
• Ensure total safety by ensuring proper maintenance of all electrical fittings.
• Operate and maintain DG sets.
• Smooth functioning of all Manufacturing and utility Equipments.
