Position :- Technical Assistant
Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/Chemical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Railway industry experience is added advantage.
Job Location :- Baddi

Key Missions of the Position :-
- Capable to work as a team leader exhibiting strong technical skills in rail products.
- Handling the front-line operators & resolving daily issues.
- Developing skill level of operators through on job training
- Capable to improve the process flow in line with manufacturing excellence
Main Responsibilities :-
- Make sure KPI targets are met on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and report.
- Implement Kaizen on the shop floor.
- React in case of a problem through QRQC.
- Drive improvement ideas generation and implementation.
- Managing line speed & ensuring the shift output simultaneously responsible for own productivity.
