Position :- Billing Engineer
Qualification :- Diploma in Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
Experience :- 1- 3 Years.
Job Location :- Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai (All Areas)
Salary :- Rs. 2,25,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Measurements of different sites to be recorded in excel for Invoice preparation.
- Preparing Invoices of some sites.
- Letter preparation and payment follow up of Retention.
- Billing, (CCCPL+CABP)
- Follow up for Bill Certification
- Preparing JW
- Maintain statement of PI v/s JW
- Maintain work done against work order on monthly/ytd/cumulative till date basis.
- Site Visit For Billing & material Reconciliation & Disputes
- Preparation of list of projects undertaken with work order details and balance work to be completed.
- Preparing of Checklist of different sites.
- Test Certificate required of Site
- Submission of Waterproofing Warranty to the required Clients after completion of the job.
- Submitting MIS reports to the reporting manager as per requirement.
Skills: The candidates are required to possess good communication skills, analytical ability and Interpersonal Skills, A result-oriented professional.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Civil Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate / Civil Diploma
- Immediate joinee required.
- Minimum 1 years experience required
