Jayshree has got a state-of-the art manufacturing facility for producing Multi layer reinforced rubber hoses at Chakan industrial area in Pune. we have an imported extrusion line from Germany for producing multi layer hoses like radiator, water , heater hoses, CAC hoses , Fuel Hoes, Suction hoses and all kind of low & medium pressure hoses. we can produce 25000 pcs of black hoses in our manufacturing plant.We have got a dedicated floor of 30,000 sq ft only to produce silicon hoses & Turbo hoses with world class calendaring machine , Bias cutting machines and highly skilled labour force. we can produce around 5000 pcs of silicon hoses per day. Our hose plant is considered as one of the best rubber extrusion facility in India and the plant is approved by many OEMs like Reanult Nissan, JLR, Ford , TATA Motors etc. 

Position :- Design Engineer

Qualification :-  Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :- Experience with Rubber/Plastic Industry with 3 to 5 yrs of experience in Rubber parts

Job Location :-  Pune

Salary :- ₹ 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• To prepare the Product /Part drawings/Sub assembly drawings
• To understand customer requirements and expectations.
• To verify and approve the part layout inspection reports as per the approved parts & Product design.
• Do Project-wise Lab testing report verification as per customer requirement test Standard specifications
• To do the Project Monitoring of timeline to agreed Product Launch date as per APQP.
• To provide design solutions with the help of Uni-Graphics Software.
• To ensure system Compliance as per IATF 16949 requirements.
• Prepare and Ensure APQP documents updated to reflect the actual product Development status
• Ensure confidentiality Design and Development Documents and Customer documents

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Experience with Rubber/Plastic Industry with 3 to 5 yrs of experience in Rubber parts
• Designing by using Uni-Graphics software, Mold Designing, Drafting.
• Rubber industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and popular design software.
