- Rejection monitoring andwhy-why analysis
- System audit and adherence
- consumable cost monitoring and reduction
- Productivity improvement techniques
- Good knowledge of 5 S Quality tools for controlling rejection
- Hand on experience of PDC Shop
- Good exposure of Trimming, Shotblasting Annealing procecss
- Safety measures adherence and audits
- TPM implementation
Other Requirement :
- Quality oriented approach Good hands on MS office
