Job Description :-
Technical Skills for Repair Engineer:
L1-Repair:
- Knowledge Electronics
- Component Identification
- Visual Inspection, Impedance checking, Voltage Checking,
- Component handling.
- Basic knowledge on problem,
- Basic/Intermediate rework skill for PTH & SMD Components according to IPC7711 STD
L2-Repair:
- Including the L1-Repair points
- Signal Tracing,
- Schematic Reading,
- Problem Identification and analysis of problem.
- e. Debugging.
- Advanced Rework Skill for PTH & SMD Components according to IPC7711 STD
L3-Repair:
- Includes the points of L1 & L2 Repair
- Component identification and handling,
- Signal tracing using oscilloscope,
- Handling of Oscilloscope.
- Clock signal and Reset Signal Tracing ,
- Identify Problem in MB and Analysis of the problem.
- Debugging the problem.
- Knowledge on IPC 7721-Repair is Preferable.
- Expert Rework Skill for PTH & SMD Components according to IPC7711 STD
