Experience :- 0 – 2 years
Job Location :- Delhi / NCR
Salary :- Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,50,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for taking calls to the customer for Technical Support,
- To manage escalated customers,
- Trouble shooting over phone,
- Punching the calls in software
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have outstanding ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Degree and Diploma Engineers any Specialization
