Qualification :- Diploma/BE in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics and Communication (preferred)
Experience :- 0 – 1 years
Job Location :- Kota, Karauli, Udaipur, Banswara, Bhilwara
Salary :- 2,50,000 – 4,25,000 P.A.
Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling of Customer calls and provide resolution with the help of L2 Engineers.
- Monitoring of Network and Service touch points of given work area in NOC.
- Monitoring Dashboards and Performance KPIs
- Raising alerts within team in case of any threshold crossing alerts
- Monitoring TT alerts and addressing basic L1 issues
- Coordinating with Circle for Fibre, Utility and other related issues
- Ensure customer problems are resolved as per the TAT and SLA provided by the business.
- Carry out MIS reporting and analysis for trouble shooting and development of ENOC operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fresh diploma trainees in Electronics
- Candidates are required to have 60% in 10, 12 and Diploma in Electronics
- Candidates should have completed all the semesters in first attempt.
- Candidates who have completed their diploma in Electronics in 2020 and 2021 are eligible for the role.

Job Description :-
Reliance Jio is looking to hire FTTx Engineer for Delhi & NCR areas.
Job Role:
- Responsible for field operations and maintenance of FTTx network
- OLT, ODN Network HOTO within SLA
- Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
- Plan , monitor and control spares material, TMI and Tools requirement& availability as per design norms for assigned Scope, Calibration of TMI.
- Resolve O2A issues assigned to O&M
- Coordination, supervision and technical support to FRT and Technician
- Liaising with local authority/building owners etc.
- Interface and coordination with cross functional teams (Construction, Home Care, Business, MSP etc)
- Material related activities
Skill & Competencies:
- Hands on experience of Splicing, OTDR, LSPM and cable locator
- Fiber Network O&M Experience
- O&M of Transmission/IP Network equipment
- Good Knowledge of Fiber Optics communication
- Basic knowledge of Transmission/DLC/OLT equipment’s
