Job Description :-
Maintenance & Electrical Engineers Junior level:
- D.M.E., D.E.E. ( Diploma Mechanical and Electrical candidates ) having experience in maintenance department and staying in Navi Mumbai area can apply
- Candidate must be from API Chemical Industry
- For mechanical engg
- Equipment Maintenance & handling experience like Reactor
- heat exchanger, vapour column,
- Mechanical seal,
- Gearbox, pumps,
- agitators, vacuum pump,
- spray dryer,
- boiler, chilling plant, air compressor,
- cooling tower, steam ejector,
- vacuum booster, valve, • PPRC/MS/SS pipe line fabrication,
- all general work like alignment,
- gasket replacement, pressure testing ETC
For electrical engineer:
- Power distribution and calculations including switchboards,
- panel boards, transformers, wire sizing, voltage drop, conduit fill, cable tray sizing and fill, AIC calculations
- Maintenance and operation of Utility equipment and electrical equipment HT Transformer ACB, MCCB, MCB motors, starters, MCC and PCC panels
- Preparation of design criteria, one-line diagrams and specification for electrical equipment.
- Assist in developing construction drawings and review work packages.
- Basic Knowledge of SCADA , UPS, VFD, PLC and Digital measuring instrument and Reactors
- Basic Knowledge of API audit documents,
