Magna specializes in the manufacture of Ductile Iron and Gray Iron casting in the weight range of 300 grams to a maximum of 2000 Kilograms. Magna also adds value by heat treatment, surface treatments and machining so that the products are ready to assemble. Magna also produces fully machined components, utilizing its in-house CNC machine shop and other facilities as well.

Position :- CNC Maintenance Engineer
Qualification :- Diploma / B.Tech – EEE / MECH
Experience :- 03 – 8 years
Job Location :- Pollachi, Coimbatore
Salary :- ₹ 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A
Job Description :-
- To attend keep records of machines break down daily maintenance.
- Updating data for electricity consumption report of the plant.
- Handling TURNING, VTL, VMC, and HMC machines.
- Fanuc controller, motor, drive problem troubleshooting
- Periodic maintenance of CNC machines and critical spare material arrangements
- Programming and troubleshooting
- CNC machine installation and leveling
- CNC machines abnormality find out and rectify problems
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on a wide variety of electrical-mechanical, and mechanical equipment and production systems.
