NHPC Limited presently has an installation base of 7071.2 MW from 24 power stations including 2 nos projects in JV mode. Considering the impediments faced during execution of these projects such as unfavourable geological conditions, difficult law and order problems, inaccessible and

remote locations, the achievement so far is commendable.NHPC is presently engaged in the construction of 9 projects aggregating to a total installed capacity of 5999 MW which includes 2 hydro electric projects viz., 2000 MW Subansiri Lower HEP and 800 MW Parbati-II HEP and 1 solar Project of 40MW at Odisha  1130 MW are in S&I stage.

Qualification:-

ITI Apprenticeship:

• Passed ITI in relevant discipline from any recognized Institute/ Board of Technical Education

Diploma Apprenticeship:

• From an institute/ university recognized by AICTE/ State Board of Technical Education Full time Diploma in Engineering/ Technical Education.

Graduate Apprenticeship:

• Full time degree from a recognized institute /College/ University.

Experience:- Freshers

Age Limit:-18 to 30 years

Job Location:-  Mandi Himachal Pradesh

Selection Process:-

• The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks secured in ITI/Diploma/Graduation. The shortlisted candidates can be call for interview if required and offer will be send accordingly. The list of selected candidates will also be uploaded on the website of NHPC Limited i.e. www.nhpcindia.com

How to Apply:-The candidate has to take print out of registration/applied at portal and send along with all self-attested certificates of Educational qualification. All relevant mark sheets and certificates ( viz. Apprenticeship Training in different ITI Trades of Draughtsman (Civil) & Draughtsman (Mechanical), Computer Operator and Programming Assistant, Secretarial Assistant, Stenographer (Hindi) and Health Sanitary Inspector.

Position:-  Trade Apprentice

• Draughtsman (Civil) : 15 Posts
• Draughtsman (Mech.) : 10 Posts
• COPA : 30 Posts
• Secretarial Assistant : 15 Posts
• Stenographer (Hindi) : 08 Posts
• Health Sanitary Inspector : 02 Posts

Qualification:-

• 10th + ITI Passed
• Passed out ITI during 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022 only apply.

Age Limit:-

• 18 to 25 years
• A relaxation in upper age is admissible as per the Govt of India guidelines forSC/ST/OBC/PH.

Salary:- As Per Govt. Rules

Selection Process:- (Merit list) Selection of Apprentice Trainees shall be on the basis of Marks secured in ITI. If two or more candidates secure equal marks while preparing merit list, then the candidate of higher age will be considered
