Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering
Experience :- 3 – 8 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
• Monitor line attendance and report on time to shift in charges
• Improve & maintain the efficiency of the line & prepare counter-measures for any delays
• Achieve the desired Quality Index
• People management (Non Executives & Trainees)
• Ensure line safety, compliance & daily safety patrol
• Monitor & control production flow, WIP (work in progress)
• Motivate the employees for active participation in the suggestion scheme & Innovation
• Achieve yearly cost saving targets
• SIAT Projects to reduce the operator fatigue & quality improvements
Desired Candidate Profile :-
• Knowledge of automobile manufacturing, operations management, production control, manpower management etc.
